5 Free Guided Meditations
Have you ever had the experience of being in a conflict, and later that night in the shower, you think of the perfect comeback you could have said? I'm not surprised. It's probably because, in the shower, you had a moment to breathe and oxygenate your prefrontal cortex—the part of your brain that thinks clearly and can problem-solve. When we take a moment before journaling to calm down and take a few deep breaths, we set ourselves up to access that really intelligent place and get the most out of our journaling. 
 
To support you we have released five guided meditations for you to try ranging from 5-7 minutes.
