I highly recommend Daisy’s journals, I have both and I love them! The journals themselves are beautiful, high quality and very well written.There are so many journals on the market these days, I did my research and with the knowledge that Daisy is a life coach, has an education in psychotherapy and yoga teacher I went in and trusted the process. Both journals are amazing tools and have been life changing for me. I particularly enjoyed Twenty One Days of Journaling as a starting point as it helped me create an every day habit to journal. It really felt like a journey of self discovery, each day peeling back a different layer. I love the idea that the journal is for everyday people who may not have access to a therapist and instead, turning inwards to seek the possible answers. The daily checklist was a nice touch, each task flowed onto the next, it felt like a gradual build in the process. It is a very well thought out journal which Daisy has obviously put a lot of love into.
