I love my (multiple) journals! They have rekindled my love for journaling and make it such an enjoyable and special moment. Also, Daisy’s events are such a beautiful complement to reigniting that spark in times when we may need a little extra support.

I highly recommend Daisy’s journals, I have both and I love them! The journals themselves are beautiful, high quality and very well written. I particularly enjoyed Twenty One Days of Journaling as a starting point as it helped me create an every day habit to journal. It really felt like a journey of self discovery, each day peeling back a different layer. I love the idea that the journal is for everyday people who may not have access to a therapist and instead, turning inwards to seek the possible answers. The daily checklist was a nice touch, each task flowed onto the next, it felt like a gradually build in the process. It is a very well thought out journal which Daisy has obviously put a lot of love into.
