What Is the 21-Day Journaling Challenge?
The concept is simple: commit to three healthy habits for 21 days, and we’ll help you stay accountable. Whether you're using our Journl Therapy: 21 Days of Journaling - Questions Your Therapist Would Ask You journal, or journaling on your own, the goal is to create consistent, meaningful healthy habits that have positive ripple effects in your life.

Order your journal (Optional): If you want guided prompts to deepen your journaling experience, order our 21 Days of Journaling journal. It’s filled with thought-provoking questions designed to help you peel back layers and gain self-awareness. Each order comes with a printed habit tracker and fun star stickers to track your progress!

Start together on November 4th: Mark your calendar! We’ll all begin the challenge on Monday, November 4th. Be sure to order your journal ASAP to allow enough time for delivery.

Delivery dates
New Zealand Orders: Delivery typically takes around 3 working days, but please allow extra time for rural addresses or areas outside of major cities.
Overseas Orders: Delivery can take between 3-13 working days, depending on your location. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure it arrives on time for the challenge.
